Please note :

Awards marked with a 🏆 symbol include prize money.
Prize money will be reimbursed to the institution for projects aligned with social initiatives.
No direct cash transfer will be made.
Final decision on eligibility and disbursement lies with the GDD Committee at Bhumi.
Every Category will have aWinner , Runner 1 and Runner 2 awards.

How to Apply

Fill the Interest Form :

Step 2: (Optional) Participate in Good Deeds Day (GDD)
If you want to be considered for GDD Award Categories, celebrate Good Deeds Day by organizing volunteering activities in your college/community. Document the activities with photos, volunteer data, and a short video.

GDD participation is not mandatory unless you’re applying for GDD-specific awards.

Step 3: Submit GDD Report
(Only for colleges applying for GDD awards)Upload your event details, photos, impact data, and GDD video over email. Deadline: July 28, 2025

Step 4: Fill the Final BCA Application Form
Apply for one or more categories — share what your college, students, or faculty have done through the year with proof. Deadline: August 3rd, 2025 [Insert Final Application Form Link]

Step 5: Get Recognized!
Winners will be announced in September. Shortlisted colleges and individuals will be awarded and featured nationally!

Process

How do we do this?

Nominations

The awards team invites applications. Colleges can self-nominate themselves. The public or students can also nominate/vote for specific colleges.

Applications

Nominated colleges are reached out to and asked to submit details in a detailed form about their effort and initiatives to be socially conscious.

Jury Selection

An expert crew of jury would be evaluating the nominations based on fixed criteria and details submitted by the college. Final awardees for each category are selected based on the college’s score in the criteria and/or the number of public votes.

Voting | Announcement

Voting will take place for all nominations, giving participants a voice in selecting the most impactful initiatives. All the nominated colleges and the awardees are invited for the final award ceremony where awards are given and guest speeches are delivered on making Indian colleges more socially responsible.

Who can apply for Bhumi Campus Awards?

Any college, student leader, or faculty member across India can apply. You do not need to be a Bhumi partner college to participate.

Is it free to apply for the awards?

Yes, the Bhumi Campus Awards are completely free to apply for.

What are the benefits of applying?

Winners receive national recognition, certificates, trophies, features on Bhumi’s platforms, and for GDD categories cash prizes.

How many award categories can we apply for?

You can apply for multiple categories, as long as you meet the eligibility and submit relevant documentation for each.

Is it mandatory to participate in Good Deeds Day (GDD)?

No, GDD participation is only required if you want to be considered for GDD Award Categories.

Can both student leaders and faculty members apply?

Yes, there are individual award categories for both students and faculty, along with college-wide awards.

What kind of proof or documents are required?

We accept photos, reports, videos, testimonials, attendance sheets, and any other supporting material that clearly shows your work and impact.

When is the last date to apply?

Final GDD Report submission: July 28, 2025 BCA Application submission: August 3rd, 2025

Where do we submit our entries?

After filling the interest form, you will receive a link to the final application form where you can submit your responses and upload documents.

How will the winners be announced?

Winners will be announced during the BCA Award Ceremony in October 2025. Details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Are there any cash prizes?

Yes! ₹25,000 for the GDD Volunteer Award Winner ₹1,00,000 for the GDD Impact Award Winner All other categories offer recognition, trophies, and digital features.

Will our college be featured publicly?

Yes, selected colleges and individuals will be highlighted on Bhumi’s website, social media, and other platforms.
